Authentic samosas, light in pastry and stuffed with delicious filling:

- Lamb: curried lamb and peas,

- Chicken: tandoori style chicken,

-  Veg (vegan): curried vegetables

Delivered precooked ready to eat refrigerated in special refrigerated van or special packaging suitable for chilled product

Can be sold refrigerated (6 day shelf life from receipt)

or sold  frozen with 6 month shelf life.

Box of 3 Veg/vegan : £3.10,  RSP £4.50+

Box of 3 lamb; £3.35, RSP £4.50+

Box of 3 chicken: £3.35, RSP £4.50+

Weekly deliveries: order by Tuesday, kitchen cooks fresh Wednesday and delivered on an overnight Parcelforce delivery service to arrive Thursday before 12 midday.

Vegetable samosas (vegan)

Ingredients: Mixed vegetables 60%: potatoes, peas, carrots, sweet corn, broad beans, cut green beans, onion. Pastry 36%: Wheat flour, salt, vegetable oil, water.

Spices: 4 %: cumin seeds, salt, fresh ginger, fresh green chillis, other mixed masala.

Lamb

Ingredients : Pastry 43% Mince Lamb 30%, peas and onions 27%, ginger and salt, green chillies, red chillies, herbs and spices, garam masala, vegetable oil,  (contains soya bean oil) plain wheat flour

Chicken Samosas, (tandoori style chicken)

Ingredients: Pastry 46%, Chicken pieces 40%, Onions 14%. Peppers, ginger, salt, vegetable oil, spices (cumin seed, mustard seeds, chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, tikka paste), fresh coriander, food colouring. Wheat flour.
